The Residence
The whole third floor is yours: 135 square meters, three en-suite bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a terrace that looks straight over the park to the Caribbean. Here is the house, room by room.
The living room
Deep cobalt walls, floor-to-ceiling arched shelving, and the original terracotta floor. A dining table for six sits under hanging vines, and the TV hides inside the arches. Evening light comes in off the sea.
The kitchen
A full kitchen, not a kitchenette: gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and every pot and pan you need. Cook with the market produce from two streets over.
Suite 1
A queen bed, its own full bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV. Like every suite, it opens onto the covered hacienda gallery rather than an interior corridor.
Suite 2
The second suite keeps the same standard — queen bed, en-suite bath, A/C — with its own palette and its own light.
Suite 3
The third suite adds a walk-in closet and works well as the long-stay room. Same queen bed, same private bath.
The gallery and terrace
The covered gallery runs the length of the house, past the courtyard greenery, and opens onto the front terrace: outdoor furniture, a dining area, the monument, and the sea.

An honest note on island utilities
The Colonial Zone's power grid has shortages, and the house is upfront about it: backup batteries keep lights, fans and phone charging running for up to 8 hours, but air conditioning does not run on batteries during an outage. City water pressure can also dip. Most stays never notice; some do. We would rather you know before you book — the 96 reviews reward that honesty.
